• How does check in work?
The hotel day lasts from 14:00 to 11:00. Guests check in at the front desk which is open 24/7.

• What time is check out?
The hotel day lasts until 11:00 and until 11:00 Guests must leave the room and return the keys. There is a possibility to leave your luggage at the reception.

• Can I check out later than 11:00?
Late check-out until 12:00 is possible at no extra charge, subject to availability. Please contact the reception to get permission for later check-out. Not leaving the room by 11:00 am, without the consent of the reception desk results in an obligation to pay.

• Can I park my car at the hotel?
Our hotel is located in a limited traffic zone. We offer a parking spot for an additional fee – reservation is required. We help with finding a parking lot near the hotel if our parking spot is not available.

• Is the hotel pet friendly?
Guests can stay in our hotel with their pets. There is an additional fee of PLN 50/day/pet to arrive with your cat or dog.

• Is there an elevator in the hotel?
There is no lift in the hotel. The building has three floors and stairs lead to each of them. Our reception is ready to help our Guests with their luggage.

• Can i smoke in the room?
It is forbidden to smoke cigarettes (traditional and electronic) in the entire facility Those who violate the ban will be charged with the cost of dearomatization in the amount of PLN 500.

• I left my belongings in the room, how can I get them back?
All belongings of our guests left in the room after departure are stored in the facility for 30 days. During this time it is possible to pick up the items in person or the hotel can send them to the Guest at the recipient's expense.

• What can I find in each room/apartment?
In all of the rooms and apartments, our guests can find bed linen, towels, kettle, coffee, tea, shower gel, shampoo, soap and a dryer.
