Even before we arrived, the owners contacted us to ask if we would like them to arrange our taxi from the airport or organise any excursions. Having this arranged for us gave us one less thing to think about and meant that we could use our time really enjoying the beautiful city of Krakow. Our apartment was clean and lovely. The location was so close to the main square and the staff were fantastic. I couldn't fault it and intend to return many times!

The staff were so helpful towards me as I was on my own. The taxi transfer they booked for me was so efficient and the driver was very friendly. The location was so central, just off a side street parallel to the Christmas market. The tour company they booked my tours were top class. I would return here.

We really loved our staying at Gołębia 8 Residence. The staff are friendly and caring! From the very first moment we felt welcomed. My daughter was super happy to get a coloring book and I was surprised with a welcoming card in the room. Such pleasant details and kindhearted people made us feel like at home. First time in my travel experience I thought that we will definitely come back. We also had a delicious and rich breakfast. and were allowed to leave our baggage after the checkout on the reception. Thanks for everything.

Comfy and spacious apartment, great location. The hosts were very accommodating and very helpful. The location is excellent maybe 3 minutes walk away from most places which is great ! I would definitely come back here.
